Two lines.
One coach.

I keep the roster small on purpose. There are two ways to work with me — one to get you moving, one for people who want to build the thing over a longer horizon.

01
Signal
12-WEEK BUILD
12 weeks
Online
Written check-in weekly
No gym visits with me

Signal.

Signal is the on-ramp. Twelve weeks of a custom online plan built around your calendar, your equipment, and your history. Most people who apply to Mix Match Peel land here first.

In the first 72 hours after your intake call, you get a written plan: training four days a week if the calendar allows, three if it doesn’t, with mobility and recovery folded in the way that actually gets done. You also get a nutrition ask — the smallest useful one for your goal, not a spreadsheet you’ll abandon in ten days. Every Sunday you write me a short check-in, and every Monday your plan reflects it.

Signal is for the professional who wants to feel less stiff by week four, move without hesitation by week eight, and be picking things up with ease by week twelve. I don’t promise a scale number. I promise a plan you can run and a person on the other end who is paying attention.

Who Signal is for: CEOs, CFOs, managers, supervisors, and entrepreneurs, age 25–61. If you can make a written check-in every Sunday and hold to a plan for ninety days, Signal will meet you where you are.

02
Operator
6-MONTH ELITE
24 weeks
Online
Direct-line access
Quarterly deep review

Operator.

Operator is the long horizon. Six months of coaching for people who have already run a program in their life and want to build the next version of their body with a coach who isn’t going to reset every twelve weeks.

In Operator, everything Signal offers is included — the custom plan, the weekly written check-ins, the seventy-two-hour turnaround on adjustments — plus a direct communication line during business hours, a formal quarterly review where we sit down (virtually) and re-see the entire program, and a training layer designed around performance milestones you set, not just the three baseline outcomes.

Operator is quieter than Signal from the outside. There is no big first-week enthusiasm. The compounding does the work. Around month three, most Operator clients are picking things up they wouldn’t have tried at week one, and the aches they came in with have stopped being conversation topics.

Who Operator is for: professionals who understand that resilience is a five-year project and want a coach paying attention to that project every week for the next six months. Roster is capped.
