Measured by what
you can feel first.

I don’t promise a body in six weeks. I do promise a program you can actually run, and a way to measure whether it’s working — starting long before the mirror changes.

Three program goals

The outcomes clients work toward.

Framed as goals of the program — not testimonials, not promises about how any specific person’s body will look at the end.

Goal 01

Less stiffness

By week four, most clients report the low-grade end-of-day back and shoulder ache is quieter. This is the first measurable shift and the earliest signal the plan is landing.

Goal 02

Move with no problems

By week eight, chair to floor, car to curb, luggage overhead — the daily movements that used to require a second of preparation stop requiring one.

Goal 03

Pick this up with ease

By week twelve, strength as convenience. Grocery bags, a grandchild, the dumbbell that used to feel heavy — all in the same range.

The Coach's Story
FIRST · PERSON

The transformation that confirmed the path.

Early in the practice — before I stopped hedging about whether I was a coach or a jeweler or a musician who dabbled — a client came in with a specific ask. They wanted to lose weight, and they wanted it soon. I told them what I still tell every applicant: I do not promise a specific body in a specific number of weeks. What I promise is a plan you can actually run, and a person on the other end of it who is paying attention.

We agreed on ninety days of consistency, not intensity. Nothing exotic. A short training plan four days a week, mobility on the other days, one nutrition ask that fit the calendar. Every Sunday they wrote me a check-in. Every Monday the plan reflected what they wrote.

Twenty pounds in three months. Not because we chased the number. Because we didn’t.

The plan was simple, we ran it every week, and the body did what bodies do when you stop lying to them and start paying steady attention. That’s the transformation that confirmed the path for me. Not the number on the scale — the confirmation that consistent, careful attention outperforms every clever program the internet was selling that year.

It’s the same method I run today, four years on. Mix, match, peel — repeat. If you’re a professional who wants that kind of attention on your body for the next ninety days, the next stop is the intake call.
