This is the privacy policy for Mix Match Peel, an online coaching practice operated by Terrell Simmons out of Middletown, Ohio. It describes what information the site and the coaching practice collect, how that information is used, and how you can reach us with any questions.

1. What this website collects

The Mix Match Peel website is intentionally simple. It does not run a contact form. It does not require an account. When you visit, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed. This is used to keep the site running and to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not sell this information.

The nutrition calculator runs entirely inside your browser. The numbers you enter are never transmitted to us or to any third party. Closing the tab clears them.

2. What we collect when you contact us

If you call the phone number on the site or email the address on the site, we collect what you tell us: your name, your contact information, and whatever you share about your health and coaching goals. We use that information only to reply, to schedule an intake call, and — if you become a client — to build and run your coaching program.

3. What we collect as a coaching client

Coaching clients share more sensitive information: training history, injury history, medical background relevant to exercise, nutrition preferences, weekly check-in notes, and other details necessary to write a safe, effective plan. This information is stored in encrypted third-party tools used for coaching operations. It is never sold, and it is not shared with anyone outside Terrell Simmons unless required by law.

4. Cookies and analytics

The site uses a minimal set of first-party cookies to keep the interface working correctly. If we ever add analytics beyond basic hosting logs, this policy will be updated before that change goes live, and we will use privacy-respecting analytics that do not build individual profiles.

5. Third-party services

Mix Match Peel uses a small number of third-party services to run the coaching practice — for example, email, scheduling, and secure file storage. Each of those services has its own privacy policy, and each is chosen with client privacy in mind.

6. Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send that request to mixmatchpeel@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
