Anything is possible
if you trust
yourself.
You do not recognize the person in the mirror. Long days, missed workouts, aches you did not have at 30. I coach busy professionals back into bodies that keep pace with their calendar — from anywhere, without setting foot in my gym.
“I don’t recognize myself. I want to look like I used to twenty years ago.”
The calendar decides. Workouts get whatever is left, which is nothing.
You already feel like the odd one out at the dinner table.
You bought the mirror because you had to, not because you wanted to.
A commercial gym at 6pm is the last place you want to learn something new.
Body resilience — so the last hour of your day feels like the first.
Mix Match Peel is an online coaching practice for people who really care about their health, and want the people around them to thrive too. Custom plan, weekly check-ins, no gym visits with me — and no promises about how you will look in six weeks.
Custom plan
Built to your calendar, your equipment, your history — not a template.
Weekly accountability
A short written check-in every week, adjustments before Monday.
Longevity first
The goal is a body that performs — at hour one and at hour twelve.
Three things you can feel — before you see anything in the mirror.
- I.
Less stiffness. Fewer aches after work.
The shoulders you shrug at 5pm loosen. The lower back you brace when you sit stops asking for attention. Not because you did more — because you did the right work, weekly.
- II.
Move with no problems.
Chair to floor. Car to curb. Suitcase into an overhead bin at 6am. A body that answers the question the moment you ask it.
- III.
Pick this up with ease.
Grocery bags. A grandchild. The dumbbell that used to feel heavy. Strength as a daily convenience, not a monthly performance.
Framed as goals of the program — not a promise of what your body will look like.
For the person who really cares about their health — and wants the people around them to thrive as well.
Five stops. No cold calls. No high-pressure close.

Ninety-day review
We measure the three outcomes above — not the scale first.
Trained by a jeweler and a musician.
Before coaching, I worked a nine-to-five making jewelry and my music. I still do — I’m multi-talented and multi-skilled, and every hour I spend on someone else’s body is an hour informed by hands that know precision.
The moment I turned toward coaching full time was the moment I understood: health is the ultimate key to wealth and longevity. I run this practice for professionals who already believe that — and who now need someone to program the work.
Three honest answers.
I don’t have any time. How is this different?
The plan is built around your calendar first, not the other way around. Sessions are as short as they need to be, in the order that respects your day. Most Signal clients train four times a week for 35–45 minutes.
My partner isn’t on board. Does that matter?
It matters a little. We work around it. I write plans that don’t need a co-signer and rarely need a specific meal at home. Support helps, but I have coached plenty of people whose household was neutral about the whole thing.
You promise I’ll look a certain way in ninety days?
No. I won’t make that promise, and I refuse to. What I promise is a program you can actually run, weekly written feedback, and measurable progress on the three outcomes above — resilience, movement quality, and everyday strength.
Next departure is yours.
The application is short. I read every one. If Signal or Operator isn’t the right fit for you, I’ll say so.
